The glass floor inserts are installed along the perimeter to the mezzanine and admit light down to the studio space below. Glass balustrades are fixed with 100mm gap between each panel.
Installation of cantilevered steel plate staircase at Milman Road is underway. At the same time, on the lower ground floor brick slips are added to the in-situ concrete walls at the rear side extension forming a slim profile.
